• Warm (not hot) iron on the reverse side if required.

Standard Shipping: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during holidays, festive periods, adverse weather conditions or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We do not accept returns. A product once bought is considered sold. However, if your order reaches you damaged, defective, or with an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on happytohelp@khilidhoop.in or on +91 8087314760 with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

We will replace the defective/damaged product once the returned product has been received and inspected by us. If we do not have a replacement for the product we will refund your payment to the original mode of payment. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect after it has been processed.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

Please note that minor variations in colour, print placement, or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the nature of printed textiles and are not considered defects.
